U-SAV uses the combined buying power of all the UTSI entities to leverage the largest possible fuel discount.  A summary of the total gallons purchased from each vendor is provided monthly.  By utilizing these vendors, and increasing the numbers of gallons purchased, we will be able to negotiate a larger discount.
